Ia uite acolo.

În video-ul ăsta vom vorbi despre alimentație și vei afla cum să-ți setezi alimentația pentru a-ți atinge obiectivul, fie că vorbim despre slăbit grăsime sau luat masă musculară și apoi vei afla cum să-ți faci planul ăla super simplu de ținut.

Ok, hai să vedem interviul!

(intro)

I know you work with a large variety of demographics and tailor your advice to meet their specific needs and goals of the audience. So I wanted to tell you that most of my viewers are willing to track their macros so you can promote that and stress the fact that hitting your calories and macros are what matter the most.

Hello I'm Radu from ThinkEatLift and today we have a very special guest, we have Nate Miyaki! How's it going Nate?

"Doing great."

I'm doing great as well. I'm so happy to have you on the call, I've been a fan of your work for a long time. So the main topic today will be "Simplifying your Nutrition" and we'll
The importance of proper nutrition for the physique oriented trainee
Why the main goal of a diet plan should be long-term adherence
How to set up a diet plan based on the nutritional hierarchy of importance
and we'll give you some tips on how to do that.

How does that sound Nate?

"Awesome"

Now before we get into that, Nate do you want to tell as a bit about you and your background?

"Story"

The importance of proper nutrition for a great looking physique year round

Now this one of the big revelations I had when I started reading your work. You talked about how nutrition should get more attention than training if looking good is your main goal. Because if you have your nutrition in order you can still look great even if your training is not ideal but there's no way you can get and stay lean without paying attention to how you eat. Isn't that right Nate?

(his answer)

the main goal of a diet plan should be adherence

Right and when fat loss is your goal, you must consume less calories than your body burns. That sounds easy but you have to do it every day for a few weeks. And the main obstacle in doing that is hunger and cravings. This what I liked most about your approach. You made me realize that adherence is the number one predictor of diet success and therefore our food choices and diet structure should be set up in a way that would maximize satiety and minimize the psychological stress.

Right and with adherence in mind you came up with the idea of a nutritional hierarchy of importance. Can you walk us through all the levels of that pyramid?

I always tell my viewers that calories and macros are the most important.

In terms of food choices I really liked your idea of having diet templates. So you have the Irish farmer template, the Jappanse village template, the Island style template. Can you expand on this idea and also explain why you recommend those foods?

Now we come to the diet structure. The diet strcuture means the number of meals you have everyday and also how you distribute the food throughout the day. Can you tell us why the mainstream diet structure of 5-6 meals a day is not sustainable for most people?

And what should we choose instead?
