We visited our partner Autonox Robotics at Automatica Munich and interviewed Linked Partner Program Manager, Elisabeth Schärtl.
She introduces a new open robotics milling solution developed with Siemens and Fraunhofer IFAM, capable of milling tempered steel with high precision. The technology enables milling of large parts while focusing on the process rather than the complexities of using a robot. It also highlights open hardware and flexible solutions for controller and offline programming, enabling customers to customize robot components for their specific needs.
