Did you know that the Roman Legion, in times of the Republic, used to have a weapon designed to become useless after being used?
The velites held the verutum, a throwing spear, with an iron head designed to blend after reaching the enemy, so they couldn't use it back.
This weapon and many others will be in Citadelum, our next project, a citybuilding strategy game based in ancient Rome that will arrive in 2024.
In this new adventure, you will be able to build and manage your own settlement, explore the map with the amazing Roman Legion, trade resources with villagers and more!
There will be mythical encounters as well, as you will be able to rise to the Roman Pantheon and try to gain the favor of the gods with temples and gifts, but keep your eyes open, they can be really jealous!
