These are an unsual set from 1982. Clearly the Harry Moss 325 came from the same Korean factory, but no other UK CB I'm aware of.

Bizarre point is tha there is no S-meter adjustment thus making the s-meter ridiculously over sensitive....and the thyristor controlled SWR alarm.

Some people think they are a Cybernet set with a front matching the SMC oscar 1.....and other non-UK similar looking sets; but no.

Mr Chippie drove along our usual 6-mile test route, the 'wrong side' of a hill. He stopped at the five mile point to test this set as a low power static test. The radio was set for 4.0W for full power & 0.4W (400mW) for low power. Our own standard replacementl mike was used throughout.

Our continued thanks to Thunderpole for kindly supplying the T3000 radio (and new mike) which is fitted to the test vehicle at no cost to us. This is the sole reason for the 'paid promotion' marker on this video.
