If you find yourself not having integrated a particular realization, this means you have yet to really let the realization sink into your full understanding. Integration happens naturally when you see it and you know it for a fact.
When your constitution changes, it changes your every expression. Expose yourself to the realization you want to embody and you will naturally embody it. If you're not embodying it yet, if you have a thousand questions about it, and if you're trying to integrate it, you're just afraid to make the change or to let the change happen because you also still believe in a lot of other things. So, the truth of what you have realized has not yet settled into a degree of conviction where it trumps and outshines all the lesser understandings of life.
