An overview of the reasons and options for using low carbon, plant-based insulation products and materials. This presentation will help architects, designers, builders and developers understand the positive impacts of using these instead of petrochemical based or highly manufactured materials. Knowledge of basic code requirements for residential construction will be helpful, particularly around energy codes.
