The rain finally gave me a break, so it was time to take the Insta360 Luna Ultra out for its very first real-world test. I headed to one of my favorite hiking trails and let the camera do all the work.

For this video, everything was filmed in Full Auto with no color grading or editing, giving you a true look at what the Luna Ultra can produce straight out of the camera.

During the hike, I tested:

📷 Full Auto image quality
🔍 Zoom performance
🎤 Internal microphone
📺 On-screen display microphone
🎙️ Insta360 Mic Pro wireless microphone

I wanted this to be a realistic first impression rather than a laboratory test. If the Luna Ultra can consistently deliver footage like this without any tweaking, it has the potential to become one of the easiest cameras to use for everyday creators, vloggers, and outdoor adventures.

This is only the beginning! I have plenty more Luna Ultra videos planned, including low-light tests, stabilization, battery life, image quality comparisons, detailed camera settings, and much more.
