I took both the Insta360 GO Ultra and the DJI Nano on a beautiful mountain hike just outside Bergen, Norway, to see how they perform in a real-world outdoor adventure.
Every clip you see in this video is straight out of the camera—no color grading or editing—so you can judge the image quality for yourself.
To make the video even more interesting, all the tracking shots were filmed using the Insta360 Flow 2 Pro, giving me those smooth cinematic follow shots without needing another person behind the camera.
I also tested the audio while vlogging:
🎤 Insta360 GO Ultra + the brand new Insta360 Mic Pro
🎤 DJI Nano + DJI Mic
The new Insta360 Mic Pro really impressed me, but I'll let you decide which setup sounds best.
And yes... don't hate me if I end up liking one camera a little more than the other! 😄 Both are fantastic cameras, but they have very different design philosophies, and that's what this comparison is all about.
