ABOUT THE INSTA360 GO:
I just got this camera. This footage came from my first few flights with it. The image quality is NOT as good as a GoPro, but it is cool that it can mount on such a small drone and you don't have to strip it down to reduce weight. A lot of the resolution is lost because it records a full 180 deg and then crops down to the 16:9 rectangle. Also, the compression makes things a bit blocky when things are moving fast. I scaled it up to 4K to get the best compression on YouTube. There is a phone app that lets you change the stabilization mode and even rotate or re-aim the shot (which is really cool) Unfortunately, the PC/Mac software is pretty useless. When I mount the camera sideways (like on this drone) and use "FPV Stabilization" mode, the video comes out sideways. You can fix that on the phone app, but not on the PC (weird). The camera also has some real limitation that you should know about. It only records for 5 minutes at a time, it only records 25 fps, there is limited in-camera storage, and the battery only lasts for a few flights before needing to recharge. It is a really interesting camera though. I'll probably have more interesting footage to show in the future. Stay tuned!

ABOUT THE BETA95X V2 DRONE:
It actually flies quite well for such a small whoop with an HD camera. I was happily surprised! It was pretty easy to control, but flying really slow is still a challenge. The "pusher" design seem to help in flight, but it can make it tricky to take off again after you turtle in the grass or dirt. I used a 450mAh 4S battery and was getting over 5 minutes of flight time (longer than the camera can record) on gentle flights. Note that the flight time will probably be lower if you use a naked GoPro and the DJI FPV system, but those are options.
