My last Insta360 Ace Pro 2 vs. DJI Action 5 Pro comparison caused a stir, and I get it! The DJI Action 5 Pro's shutter speed was a bit too high, making the image darker. But I've tweaked the settings, and now it's time for a rematch!
This video pits the DJI Action 5 Pro against the Insta360 Ace Pro 2 again, plus I've thrown in some clips from the DJI Action 4 for good measure. Is the DJI Action 5 Pro finally a contender? Spoiler alert: NO. It still struggles with exposure, especially in vlogging scenarios. While the background looks good, my face is way too dark. Surprisingly, the DJI Action 4 outperforms the 5 Pro!
The Insta360 Ace Pro 2 remains the clear winner. I believe its "Face Priority" feature is key, delivering perfect exposure every time. DJI needs to address this issue – a firmware update is a must!
