Ogden, Utah — (KUTV) Rock climbers are climbing like experts, without having to be an expert, at the base of Mount Ogden.
Chris Peterson purchased an entire mountainside at Waterfall Canyon where people can now zipline and go rock climbing.
He calls it the "TR Guest Ranch," named after former U.S. President Teddy Roosevelt.
"He was one of the only presidents to actually visit Ogden," said Peterson. "He's kind of the father of conservation and without him, our national park system would not be set aside for people to see national icons."
Peterson bought the 1500 acres of land 12-years ago. He decided to put in what is called a "via ferrata," an Italian term for "iron paths."
