I had the pleasure of visiting my friends Matt Winton (2021 World Brewers Cup Champ, 2020 Swiss Brewers Cup Champ, 2018/2019 Swedish Barista Champ) and Sierra Yeo (2026 Swiss Brewers Cup Champ, 2022 UK Brewers Cup Champ) at their roastery in Zurich, Switzerland. They recently took ownership of the roastery and did a rebrand, focusing in on the things they do best and the coffees they love most. It's not every day you get to go behind the scenes into a small but mighty operation like ROSE, so come along for this roastery tour!
