LEXY DOBBIN BIO 🚨
Lexy Dobbin is an Australian talent manager and entertainment industry expert based in Los Angeles, CA.
Beginning her career in her hometown of Sydney, Lexy entered the world of touring with international dance label Ministry of Sound where she quickly moved from the role of Touring Coordinator to Ministry of Sound Australia’s first ever female Talent Agent. From there, Lexy saw a gap in the market for corporate entertainment and built Ministry of Sound’s corporate department where she was appointed Head of Corporate. Representing Australia’s leading talent, Lexy paved the path for artists including Stafford Brothers, Timmy Trumpet and Havana Brown in the corporate events space.
After a successful run at Ministry of Sound, Lexy moved on to pursue a career in artist management, relocating to London with EDM artist GG Magree. Lexy not only forged an international career for GG Magree as an artist, but also pushed the boundaries of the career of an Australian music manager and planted herself firmly in the largest global music management agency, Red Light Management with the Hollywood hills as her backdrop and an artist roster boasting Lionel Richie, Slash, Odesza, Hayden James, Duke Dumont and Amy Shark to name a few.
Since her return to Australia during COVID-19, Lexy has continued her momentum working with world leading artists and creating Australian and NZ focused brand campaigns curated around a line-up of international talent covering artists from Scooter Braun’s roster to London’s leading management company Tileyard Music, and landing deals for Australia’s biggest names in music and sports.
Through her endless drive and passion for developing the careers of her talent, Lexy has built a glowing reputation in the global music industry and is the go-to consultant for major record labels, management companies and talent agencies across the world. Joining Australian expert agency Coote Experts as their Entertainment Expert, Lexy exclusively represents the category and is working on an industry-first education series while mentoring and motivating music managers of the future.
