This is a T0-3-packed silicon PNP power transistor. It is suitable for general switching and power amplifier applications.

As I showed in the video, you can see that the third leg is buried under the emitter and base on the silicon die and it is directly connected to the package. I also measured the transistor, just to prove that it indeed has three legs, despite the fact that there are only 2 bond wires on the silicon die. This was necessary because I was getting a lot of sceptical questions at other relevant videos.
