Technially there's no real story line. I just wanted to do a dark video after working on so many happy ones, try some effects out (I barely use the cookie cutter, invert, wave and have never used mirror) and finally finish a video.
However, you could sum the idea of the video up as 'Moriarty kills Watson, Holmes gets insane because he can't handle the loss of his ̶l̶̶o̶̶v̶̶e̶̶r̶ best friend and the fact that he wasn't able to protect him. HE tries to avenge Watson but gets killed himself'.
(the heat has ruined me)
ALSO PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS WAS MADE DURING THE HEAT WAVE AND I HAD (AND STILL HAVE) LIKE 38°C IN MY ROOM. IT'S GOOD FOR WHAT IT IS OKAY.
And to my fellow germans: Sherlock Holmes will be on TV on Sunday, don't miss it.
also I could have waited and uploaded it on Sir Conan Doyle's day of death but I am impatient.

First finished video of 2015, amazing. And its only a one-day edit. But its okay. Its about Robb (why cant I say/write this name without getting so emotional).
I started watching Game of Thrones a few weeks ago - so please send help. hello, Im not dead (yet) just really stressed which is why Im so inactive and I have zero motivation and inspiration to work on anything so this is why 80% of the video is kinda... lame lmao
The video was kind of a vent but more like a reminder to hold on and not choose the easy way out. Lenny means the world to me because I can identify with him and his struggles so much, its never clearly stated on the show but to me he clearly suffers from depression due to his childhood trauma and even though our stories arent the same, I feel him so much. His constant i dont need anyone but myself attitude when in reality he is just longing to be loved and love but is incredibly scared of getting hurt again. His sleeping trouble, his lack of trust and self-confidence in a way.
And it means so much to me that Jude always expresses of much he loves Lenny and how he cares about him, because not only does that show me that he thankfully understands Lenny but it also (and I know how stupid that sounds) makes me feel like - maybe one day someone can love me too then. And care about me. And takes the time to understand me and tries to help me.
So Im really really thankful for Lenny, the show in general, and Jude because without them I honestly wouldnt be around anymore.
Anyway, shout out to everyone who can figure out why the video is titled like that.

deaf edit means that someone sends you a piece of music and you have to edit with it WITHOUT listening to it at any point. So you just have to work with the sound wave (usually the songs are stupid af which makes it even more awesome). It was made in like 3 hours btw so that alone means its already not great bU T I ALSO HAVE N O IDEA IF I HIT A BEAT IF THE SONG EVEN HAS A BEAT IM DYING MOST HORRIBLE THING EVER
I still havent watched mine with audio sO LETS DO THAT.
