While playing Miles Morales on the PS4 I've had a lot of funky things like this happen constantly. If you set enemy visibility to off while in the photo mode during Miles flashback, Doc Ock will just completely disappear...but more horrifyingly Peters new face will also just vanish. Even Marvel knew it was incomplete!
I'll be sharing more weird crap like this I've experienced and managed to record over time. I already finished the game in a few days, but will be doing a playthrough on New Game+ for fun.
