I am working with basic shapes and colours, a lot of gradients, opacity and blur to create a game character from scratch as I go.

Most of the functionality shown in the video can be created with other software tools such as Adobe's Illustrator, CorelDraw, or Affinity Designer with minor alterations and different names for the tools used.
