Health care workers desperately need personal protection equipment. I'm part of a local Washington State group that has been using 3D printers to make frames, and various tools to create the clear shields. But we're not able to keep up with demand. So I started down the road to accelerate production using injection molding. This episode covers my first attempt (failed). The next episode will cover the mold currently being made that should be online in a few days.
