This part 2, and the final part, on making snap-together injection molded parts. The first part has pins that are narrower at the base, and therefore need inserts to be able to injection mold the undercut. The second part that I make in this episode has the holes with draft.
I used G54 and G55 offsets in a single file to mill two both sides of the mold in one setup, which is very cool and so much nicer.
