This is the first in what I expect to be a two-part series on making clip-together injection molded parts. The first part has pins that are narrower at the base, and therefore need inserts to be able to injection mold the undercut.

I also used G54 and G55 offsets in a single file to mill two different parts, and it worked out very well. I'll have to do more of this in the future.

Finally, I used a split screen to show more about working with the Haas control panel to align parts, set work offsets, and make small, precise changes to the zero position.
