Here's a new HITMAN 3 challenge called 'Initiate's First Speedrun'.
The challenge here is to beat the Freeform Training mission in under 2 minutes and suit only. Do note that it does NOT have to be silent assassin, anything will do as long as the bastard's dead.

Beating this challenge unlocks the Tactical Turtleneck with Gloves suit.
