This sensor has 3 Infrared LEDs, 3 infrared laser diodes and a photodiode. The light is modulated by Do-Mi-So frequency pulse waves. I used FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) to get three amplitudes from the photo signal wave.

長距離測定時のToFの性能を確認してみました。６ｍ位でも流石ToFです。画素単位に距離がでますね。Long Exposureと矩形枠内加算平均を併用すると距離は１０ミクロン台でパラパラ動く程度になります。")
