When people hear the term anti-ageing, they often think about wrinkles and appearance. But ageing starts on the inside, in our tissues and organs.

In this week’s podcast, @laralewlew and I discuss the concept of “inflammageing” and how one of the most important things we can do to keep healthy is reduce inflammation in our bodies.

As I explain in the episode, our hormones progesterone, estradiol and testosterone all have anti-inflammatory effects so by supporting our hormones and reducing inflammation, our hormones - either when we naturally produce them or when we prescribe body identical hormones - can help us stay healthier for longer.
