Put out all fires inside the house. Use extinguishers or buckets. Remember to fill the buckets at the pumps. Beware the pyromaniac and explosives. To maximize your score collect any valuables. To hyper-maximize your score make sure all victims have escaped the house before putting out the last fire. Other hints: use ladders to drag items down; do not waste the whole pump at once - fill your bucket with care; position yourself before entering the next floor with close fire; use C to open the doors from distance; put out the pyromaniac as quickly as possible to prevent him to start more fires.
