Ines is a versatile vanguard that not only provide DP generation, but also supports the team in various ways. She has a ton of mechanics including:
- ATK/ATKSPD steal
- Invis reveal
- Invis for self
- Bind
- Slow

My takes:
- Very strong support, a lot of tricks to be researched and put to practice
- DP generation wise, not as naturally straightforward like flagbearers but still got good efficiency nontheless
- Big potential in hardcore content

My recommendations:
Skippable if you settle on Flagpipe, as Anniversary is coming soon and CC is being revamped
