In manufacturing, maintaining constant control over your product (the thing you wish to pick) is essential if you would like to dictate its outcome. You're essentially requiring order in your initial system if you want to have it produce order as a result. For example; if you want to apply a label onto the side of a bottle, you need to maintain 3 points of contact on the bottle. In other words, *order* must be maintained over the product so that the label can be applied.

With bin picking, you have no control over your product (so your initial system state is chaos), but you want to take control, to then add it to your precise production (order). Bin picking is taking a chaotic system and wrangling it to produce an orderly result. This can be achieved with Energid's Actin SDK (as seen in the video)
