Today I built a small indoor test course made completely from LEGO blocks — and it turns out the Axial SCX30 is the PERFECT scale for it!
Winter is here, so it’s prime time for indoor RC crawling, and this tiny rig really surprised me. The suspension, throttle smoothing, and scale feel make the SCX30 incredibly fun on tight technical courses — especially when you build them yourself. (TIRE COMPOUND FOR THE WIN!)
If you’ve ever loved LEGOs (or “Legos” as we call them here in the US 😄), mixing them with RC crawling is the ultimate combo. Grab a handful of bricks, stack them into obstacles, and suddenly you’ve got a legit micro crawler playground.
