In Winnipeg, an Indigenous man sent to prison 50 years ago has finally won his case.

Clarence Woodhouse always maintained his innocence and on Thursday, Manitoba’s chief justice acquitted him of a decades-old murder and apologized for the many failures that led to the 72-year-old’s wrongful conviction.
