Hey when I was in India I heard about this funky brand tattooing leather shoes, and it turns out that tattooing and decorating leather is a traditional practice in India, especially Uttar Pradesh, where my host Rahul is from. I stopped by his store Kolkata (aka Calcutta) and his workshop in Lucknow to see how it's done, which designs resonate with his audience, and hear about a few other ways he personalizes leather shoes.
