I've lived in New York City for over a decade and I've been a fan of raw denim for just as long — so it's completely unforgivable that it took me so long to go to Ridgewood, Queens to visit Left Field NYC. A longtime player in the heritage menswear/ raw selvedge denim / American made workwear crowd, Left Field isn't known for disruptive marketing, but they are synonymous with a deep commitment to American manufacturing and hardwearing apparel. So when I recently moved to Queens, I knew I couldn't wait any longer to make the pilgrimage.
