I only spent two nights in this amazing AirBnB apartment in Bruges, but I wish I could have stayed a lot longer. It only cost around $130/night, and could easily sleep 5 people. Excellent location: 10 minute walk from the train station, 10 minutes to the central square, grocery store right around the corner, and an awesome pizza place right across the street. Beautiful view from the top-floor bedroom. Also, they have a copy of the movie "In Bruges", so I watched "In Bruges" in Bruges!

Only downside is that there are a lot of stairs, which can be hard to navigate if you're drunk. And since you're in Belgium, I'm assuming you'll be drunk. Luckily there are comfy places to crash on each floor.
