Today I try and make pool noodles harder to cut! I'll be practising rokudan-giri on the pool noodles and then I try and increase the difficulty by making some small modifications to the pool noodles. Pool noodles are cheap and easy to use as targets and make little mess so they are a great tameshigiri target, however, they aren't very hard to cut if you have good edge alignment. So today I try and make them harder to cut and we'll see if it works.

Tameshigiri targets
-Pool noodles-these require good edge alignment or they will not cut, very little power required. Also pool noodles that have been bent or manhandled have their fibres break and become incredibly difficult to cut as they have a tendency to bend instead
