The conversation around AI can't only be about technology. It has to focus on leadership. That's the thinking behind IN:AI – the INSEAD initiative on responsible AI leadership, connecting research, learning and real-world impact across its global campuses.
IN:AI brings together three pillars. Research examines how AI transforms leadership, organisations, markets and society. AI-enabled learning experiences build the technical fluency and judgement leaders need to use these technologies responsibly. And through engagement with companies, policymakers and INSEAD's global alumni community, ideas are tested in practice and fed back into both.
