Our current obsession: Crispy apples with vanilla quark and crushed walnuts! đ
A yummy afternoon snack that is easy to prep and bring on your forest voyage (we bet the kids will love it too).
Recipe â 2 servings
2 apples, about 2-3 tbsp of brown sugar, 1 tbsp cinnamon, chopped nuts of your choice (we picked walnuts), and ca 200g vanilla quark.
Peel, chop and mix the apple pieces with cinnamon and sugar, fry them in butter on the highest heat until crispy, serve with quark and crushed nuts, and enjoy!
