Phew, this was quite the challenge. You can only afford around 10 seconds of mistakes here. Of course, I could've used another vehicle other than the Eagle 3, but I chose to go vanilla, as usual.
If you want to try this, good luck, you're gonna need it. Despite all that, I got this on my 9th try. The problem is that failure means doing a 10-minute race all over again, that's why it's so troublesome. I might post a decent walkthrough for this level soon, if there's enough demand.
Oh, and I actually used a save editor (SaveEd) to hack myself into getting 0 APO and 0 APO slots.

Some notes about the audio commentary: This commentary contains a modest amount of screaming, light Portuguese accents, and the occasional swear. If you dont approve of that, feel free to mute the video, as most clips work just fine without the audio.
I recommend ONLY using the closed captions IF you have a really hard time understanding what we say at one point; or if you dont want to hear us but still want to know what we said. The fact is that a lot goes on in the video, and the closed captions only get in the way, if you dont need them.
Notes:
-8:42: Remember how, normally, characters take around one second to re-appear on the respawn platform? Plus, if its changing from the likes of Wario-Man to Wario, or Giga Bowser t Bowser, itll take longer to respawn, because the Wii has to load the character. While my Wii is loading from an ISO (no piracy), G98 and Dekus Wiis are not. Which just makes the fact that Wario respawned ultra-quickly much more mysterious.
-8:13: Nothing magic here, the crate just rolled to the left, bounced on the acid, and ended up standing still on the top platform. It all happened so fast, though.

Depending on the rating you get at the end of the stage, youre point leading character will have something to say.
For instance, completing any level with an A will have Sonic say one thing, and completing with a C will have him say something different.
The character that is going to comment is determined by his(her) points. The character with the most points gets to comment about the score.
So, I decided to record everyone commenting about every note. There is a total of 60 score comments.
Please note that I DID use cheats. And its pretty obvious. How else could I get the timer at 13:37:00 every time? And I also made every character have the minimum amount of points to get the desired grade. I added annotations because some of them arent quite easy to understand. And I figured out why: Fraps records the sound at around 3x louder. When I import it to WMM, I decrease the volume, resulting in quality loss. Luckily, I fixed that for the other video, the boss comments (see the video responses).
Why did I make this? I was bored. And also, whenever someone, somewhere, needs to know what X character says when (s)he gets X points, they cant say that theres no video about it on the Internet!
And you got it right: Cream is speechless when she gets an A. I doubt that its a flaw in my copy of the game...
