As part of Nestlé’s purpose of enhancing quality of life and contributing to a healthier future, we have been working to support the building of sanitation and clean drinking water facilities in schools and in our communities in India. Providing sanitation in schools has led to an increase in attendance, particularly in girls. Nestlé India also partnered with the Department of Medicine and Health in Rajhastan state to offer access to clean, high quality drinking water at twelve Public Health Centres.
