At Nestlé we are working to make a positive difference to young people by providing them with more employment opportunities, that's why we have created Alliance 4 YOUth.

Alliance 4 YOUth is a global partnership that currently consists of over 20 global businesses including, Facebook, Vodafone, Publicis Group, Starbucks, and Microsoft - all united in our goal to tackle the global youth unemployment problem. Together we are already committed to supporting young people by:
Offering first job experiences.
Running educational programs to help youth develop the necessary skills to increase their chances to find a job.
Promoting and supporting young entrepreneurs.
