Well, I promised that I'd reupload my rare Viacom logo finding if I found a better way of processing it. That day is finally here, as I discovered that VLC could actually scale down HD MPEGs to SD WEBMs very faithfully, in the course of making a new video about Columbia TriStar Television. It was then a simple matter of opening up that WEBM in OpenShot to isolate the credits.
