Here’s the clean way to bring a Photoshop PSD character rig into Adobe Animate:

✅ File → Import → Import to Library
✅ Select All Layers (don’t miss anything)
✅ Enable Convert to Animate Layers
✅ Drag the PSD symbol (not the asset folder) onto the stage
✅ Hit Q (Free Transform) → move the pivot/origin to the feet
✅ Hold Shift to scale uniformly
