Most successful companies which use AM, used:
1) Transformation team: A team that leads the transformation towards your company from the beginning until the end. With team members from all functions within chain value. A core implementation team, that can work as an agile set-up. Executives sponsors to be provided with resources and pressure that is needed to push the initiative forward.
2) Implementation team: People out of the transformation team to represent supply chain, engineering and production. Does not need to be fixed from the very beginning.
