On May 16th, 2019 I visited the Immigration and Customs Enforcement building in Washington, DC.

At 4:25 I misspoke: the security officers are not public officials. Their company is contracted by DHS, though it has no bearing on whether they can be recorded in public. This is clarified at 5:45.

Paragon Security has been contacted concerning the actions of its personnel.
