Imec held its annual ITF World conference in Antwerp, Belgium, in May 2026, with this year's theme being "Strategic paths to an AI-defined future". Day 1 saw keynotes from new CEO Patrick Vandenameele, plus presentations from Kevin Zhang, SVP & Deputy Co-COO of TSMC , Anirudh Devgan
President & CEO of Cadence, Rani Borkar, President Azure Hardware Systems & Infrastructure at Microsoft, and many others.
