By remaining present within, by remaining in your True Nature,
while at the same time looking without,
your seeing is imbued with the Nature of Being,
imbued by Presence,
by Eternity,
The fragrances that emanated from our True Nature are joy, bliss, wellbeing, love and harmony.

If we go only without, the filter through which the world is then seen, is through the egoic mind and we suffer the consequences.
The mind sees through time, past, hurt, trauma, etc
The mind imbues the outer world with that past pain.
