At Wärtsilä Information Management (IM), fostering a culture of continuous learning and well-being is Priority #1. To foster a continuous learning culture and inspire people, we arranged our first ever IM Learning Day on August 31, 2023. The event was held in Helsinki, Vaasa, and Mumbai where most of the IM personnel are located, and other locations were supported by online streaming. Almost 300 colleagues joined the Learning Day from all over the world. The key takeaway for the IM Learning Day was to set the foundation for a learning organisation, where a culture of growth and continuous improvement thrives.
