I'm giving away this 5" drone because I want your help to save this hobby from overregulation! The process of designing, building, and improving FPV drones is such an amazing learning opportunity! Let's do what we can to make sure that future generations have this opportunity as well! Details below:
Learn about the proposed FAA rules here:
fpvfc.org/remote-id-comment-submission-guide
Read the official NPRM (notice of proposed rule making) and leave a comment by March 2nd:
federalregister.gov/documents/2019/12/31/2019-28100/remote-identification-of-unmanned-aircraft-systems
Also, please take this survey. Flite Test will be meeting with representatives from the FAA directly and they need your data to back them up: form.jotform.com/200204353265039
Official Contest Rules:
* You must write a comment to the FAA and submit it to the official NPRM document. If you have already done so then you can find your comment using the search feature.
* Then, return to this video and leave exactly one comment which includes the tracking number that was assigned to your NPRM comment.
* You can tell the FAA whatever you think is important for them to hear, but keep it polite and professional. If I think your comment is rude, then I will disqualify it because that is what the FAA will do.
* This contest will end on March 1st, 2020.
* The winner will be selected by picking a random comment from this video.
* If I pick a comment that does not comply with the rules of this contest, then I will pick again.
* If I cannot get ahold of the winner then I will pick again.
* I will pay for shipping, but the winner has to be living in the USA with a USA shipping address.
* This giveaway is from me to you. Google and the YouTube platform are not involved or implicated in any way.
Important:
The new regulations do not affect the drone that I am giving away yet. Hopefully they never will. Even in the worst case you will still have at least 2 years to enjoy it before they make it illegal to fly UAS without remote ID. I verified that the drone still works, but I will not be help responsible for any future maintenance. The condition is "as is". It has an FrSky receiver and uses 4S batteries. Please fly responsibly!

![Beta65X HD on an Indoor Track
I was curious to see if I could use the Beta65X HD to get some footage of an indoor race track. Heres the result. It is possible, but it certainly is not easy. The latency is significant, and lighter drone would fly much better, but this one records HD, so thats the trade-off. Links & discount code below...
Check out my review of this camera and drone here:

If you decide to get this drone or camera, then use code ShutterBug5% for 5% off thru April 10. Hey, its better than nothing!
