Boil #6 for the year. A very slow few days of collection with around 70 gallons, RO'd down to 22 gallons at around 5%. The day of boiling we were blessed with a great run and I added another 20 gallons to this batch. This batch finished just shy of 2 gallons, allowing us to finish 15 1/2 gallons on this 2021 season.
