It feels good to be back! After more than three weeks away from YouTube and social media, I wanted to share the truth about my absence and what I learned during this much-needed break.
When you're deep in the "YouTube bubble," it can be easy to become addicted to constantly pumping out videos, often sacrificing quality for quantity. I realized this cycle wasn't healthy, and I needed to step back not because I lost the desire to create (well, maybe a little burn-out!), but to reset my creative focus.
Why the Hiatus?
➡Breaking the Addiction: Needed to step out of the cycle of constant uploading.
➡Recharging: Took a break from social media, not just YouTube, to fully reset.
➡The Trolls: I'll be honest, there's a lot of negativity out there. While the trolls don't affect me personally (I actually feel sorry for them!), stepping away from that environment was cleansing.
What's Next for the Channel?
➡I'm genuinely looking forward to making videos again, but this time it's going to be on my terms and when the creative desire is truly there. My focus is shifting:
➡Quality Over Quantity: Targeting 1-2 high-quality videos a week.
➡More Reviews/Tests: I have a bunch of new products ready to test out for you!
➡Collaborations: Looking forward to connecting with new creators.
