Join us today as I share with you a day in the life of a struggling mum! The past 6 months have been brutal for me, I noticed that with every baby, I get the "baby blues" around 9 months postpartum pretty bad.. this time was certainly no exception. I've been second guessing and doubting myself, overstimulated, underslept and just overall not taking care of myself for far too long and it has caught up with me. It feels great to be back. I hope my story of struggling with the isolation of motherhood can inspire and help others feel less alone x
