Sobriety checks, or Roadside Safety Checks, sometimes called DUI roadblocks, have been found to be constitutional by the courts.

This illegal "papers please" checkpoint, however, is an unconstitutional checkpoint. This checkpoint was for the sole purpose of checking drivers' licenses. At no point was any driver of any vehicle ever asked if they had been drinking.

In part 1, the driver promised to return to the checkpoint and record it. This is that recording. We were there for one hour before they shut down their checkpoint.
