I was raised on folk and 60's singer-songwriter music but didn't venture into the wide-open plains of country music until I was in my early twenties. The transition happened thanks to discovering the music of Gillian Welch via the Coen Brothers' film 'O Brother, Where Art Thou?' Since that point, I haven't turned back. So it's going to be a lot of fun to perform some of the songs that turned me into an avid lover of country music...
And here's us rehearsing our version of Gillian Welch's "I'll Fly Away". Hope some of you can make it to the show!
